Former Chief Economist at Mckinsey & Co, VP Strategy at IBM/Lotus Development Corporation, and Edward R. Murrow Fellow at Tufts University’s Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, among other. He is author of the acclaimed investigative economics book ‘Blood Bankers’ (2005) and of a widely cited study on the missing wealth of nations, titled The Price of Offshore Revisited (2012).
